Hot Sale fiberglass molded grating
1)The explaination of molded technique:
Liquid resin and continuous fiberglass rovings are systematically laid in a mold, layer after layer manually, to produce the desired tuickness and panel dimensions. The finished molds are set aside for a predetermined time to allow the panel to cure. The panel is then ejected from the mold.
2)Main Raw Material:
1.reinforcement material:fiberglass.
2.basis material:unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, vinylester resin.
3)FRP Profile Properties:
1.Corrosion resistence, aging resistence.
2.waterproof, fireproof.
3.light weight,high strength,impact resistence.
4.good dimension stability.
5.insulation,good magnetic permeability.
6.bright color,attractive appearance.
7.long service life,maintenance free.
8.easy to cut and install.
4)Application of FRP Profile:
a).electrical&electronics markets
cable tray,radome,insulation ladder,etc.
b).Chemical anti-corrosion markets
grating floor, handrail, working platform, undergrand pression pipe, stairs, etc.
c).building construction markets
oversize bridge protection closed system, movable house structure, working platform, window frame, window sash and its components, etc.
d).foundation engineering markets
freeway antiglare shield and its handrail, lamp post, water treatment, bracket for huge industry cooling tower, etc.

FRP molded grating
The one piece interwoven mesh construction of molded grating produces a product with optimal corrosion resistance and bi-directional strength. Since the grating is "cast" in one piece, there is no mechanical joint between bearing bars, unlike pultruded grating where the glued joints can give way in heavy continuous traffic or after prologged service.
The high percentage of resin (65%) in molded grating offers superior corrosion resistance and optimal impact resistance. Molded gratings with a square mesh pattern offer increased load capacity and panel utilization due to its bi-directional trait.
Numerous cut-outs for piping, valve access, and column penetrations can be made without the need for additionalstructural framing. Being of one-piece construction, the grating performs as a plate, distributing loads throughout the grating section and around cut-outs. Cutting access holes in the molded grating does noe weaken the panel and does not generally require additional or costly supports(unlike pultruded grating that will require additional supports at cutouts).
STRUCTURAL SHAPES
NANTONG MACHS' manufactures all standard shapes used for structural projects. They are manufactured in both vinyl ester (standard color is beige) and polyester (standard color is dark gray). Embedment angles are only manufactured in vinyl ester and standard in dark gray to compliment the color of concrete. Reference AGL's Availability List on the following page for a complete list of structurals provided.

A. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish shop drawings of all fabricated structural systems and accessories in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
B. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish manufacturer's shop drawings clearly showing material sizes, types, styles, part or catalog numbers, complete details for the fabrication of and erection of components including, but not limited to, location, lengths, type and sizes of fasteners, clip angles, member sizes, and connection details.
C. The CONTRACTOR shall submit the manufacturer's published literature including structural design data, structural properties data, corrosion resistance tables, certificates of compliance, test reports as applicable, and design calculations for systems not sized or designed in the contract documents, sealed by a Professional Engineer.
D. The CONTRACTOR may be requested to submit sample pieces of each item specified herein for acceptance by the ENGINEER as to quality and color. Sample pieces shall be manufactured by the method to be used in the WORK.
1.3 QUALITY ASSURANCE:
A. All items to be provided under this Section shall be furnished only by manufacturers having a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the design and manufacture of similar products and systems. Additionally, if requested, a record of at least five (5) previous, separate, similar successful installations in the last five (5) years shall be provided.
B. Manufacturer shall offer a 3 year limited warranty on all FRP products against defects in materials and workmanship.
C. Manufacturer shall be certified to the ISO 9001-2000 standard.
D. Manufacturer shall provide proof of certification from at least two other quality assurance programs for its facilities or products (UL, DNV, ABS, USCG, AARR).
E. Manufacturer shall provide proof, via independent testing less than six months old, that materials proposed as a solution do not contain heavy metals in amounts greater than that allowed by current EPA requirements.
1.4 PRODUCT DELIVERY AND STORAGE
A. Delivery of Materials: Manufactured materials shall be delivered in original, unbroken pallets, packages, containers, or bundles bearing the label of the manufacturer. Adhesives, resins and their catalysts and hardeners shall be crated or boxed separately and noted as such to facilitate their movement to a dry indoor storage facility.
B. Storage of Products: All materials shall be carefully handled to prevent them from abrasion, cracking, chipping, twisting, and other types of damage. Store adhesives, resins and their catalysts and hardeners in dry indoor storage facilities between 70 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit (21 to 29 degrees Celsius) until they are required.
