China Nantong Mach's Composite Material Co., Ltd was established in 2005 and located in the Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, which is in the Yangtze River Delta business circle. Mach's owns 30,000 square meters land area, which includes 6,000 square meters plant area and currently has 130 professional employees. Mach's is an integrated manufacturer specializing in producing FRP grating and composite material. Our products include molded grating, pultruded grating, profiles, ladder, stair treads, clips and handrail systems.
During these years exploration and developing, Mach's has conformed to rigorous standards, including ISO9001, SGS, ASTM E84, ABS and some other certifications. JN -199 is Isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin with medium viscosity and high reactivity. Good mechanical properties, high heat resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for manufacturing high-quality grille products.

Quality assurance:
A. All items to be provided under this Section shall be furnished only by manufacturers having a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the design and manufacture of similar products and systems. Additionally, if requested, a record of at least five (5) previous, separate, similar successful installations in the last five (5) years shall be provided.
B. Manufacturer shall offer a 3 year limited warranty on all FRP products against defects in materials and workmanship.
C. Manufacturer shall be certified to the ISO 9001-2000 standard.
D. Manufacturer shall provide proof of certification from at least two other quality assurance programs for its facilities or products (UL, DNV, ABS, USCG, AARR).
E. Manufacturer shall provide proof, via independent testing less than six months old, that materials proposed as a solution do not contain heavy metals in amounts greater than that allowed by current EPA requirements.
